Appointments are scheduled during the following times:


Monday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., 2 p.m. – 5 p.m.


Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m., 2 p.m. – 5 p.m.

Wednesday: 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., 2 p.m .– 4 p.m.

Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., 1 p.m .– 4 p.m.



We know that missing as little work or school as possible is a high priority for many people. Most patients will return every six to 12 weeks. Our early morning and late afternoon appointments are generally in high demand. We reserve these “prime times” for the shorter (15-30 minute) appointments that make up the majority of visits. Longer, more involved appointments will generally be scheduled between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m.

The staff of Chelsea Orthodontics takes satisfaction in helping you keep up with your busy schedule. So that you can plan your day, we make every effort to see every patient at the appointed time, and to complete the appointment at the expected time. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment on another day.

We also ask that you notify us of any changes in your orthodontic appliances before your appointment. Loose, broken or lost appliances generally require more appointment time to repair or replace.

Chelsea Orthodontics is happy to offer you several appointment confirmation options. You may choose to receive an e-mail confirmation four to five days before your appointment. You may also choose to receive a recorded telephone message the night before. You can also use our free Internet program, T.Link, to view your scheduled appointments and payment information.
